When a national servant in the course of performing his duties or when purchasing any goods or services required by the Government of Nepal or a public institution, or by taking on rent or lease, or by taking or giving any contract by the Government of Nepal or a public institution, or by providing goods produced by the Government of Nepal or a public institution or If any kind of commission, remuneration, brokerage fee, facility or benefit is received while selling or renting or leasing the service, then such commission, remuneration, brokerage fee, facility or benefit should be filed in the relevant office within seven days from the date of receiving such commission, remuneration, brokerage fee, facility or benefit. If such filing is not done, such national servant will be deemed to have committed an offense under Section 3 and will be punished accordingly and his property will be confiscated.
